Dental impressions/floride treatment?!
Question: Okay I'm nervous about the dental impressions for my braces. Are getting them like having the floride treatment tray in your mouth gagging wise and sometips for relaxing please and thank you:D

In my experience most patients have no problem with impressions. I tell patients to breathe through their nose, lean forward if they need to, and keep their tongue still. Then it works out great.
Even if you have trouble, it'll only be a minute or two that the material will be in your mouth. Your nice smile will be worth it!
It's really not bad and they usually have good flavors. Just breathe the way they tell you and you'll be fine. :]
just relax and close your eyes it don't taste bad it's over in a few Min's take a deep breath once you get in to the seat you will be OK just trust your dentist good luck
