Why are my daughters teeth so weak?!

Question: my baby is 15 months and her teeth are starting to show some white spots and one of them that just came in is kind of odd shaped, now one of her others is chipped a little bit, she goes to the Doctor next monday for her well baby visit, i just dont know what could be causing this? i make sure she gets at least 16oz of milk a day, she takes vitamins and she drinks plenty of water, and she is not on a bottle and she doesn't sleep with a cup or anything, and the last thing we do before bed is brush her teeth, she doesn't grind them or anything at night from what i can tell,( she is in our room) and i never hear anything. she does have a pacifier but she only uses it for a couple hours at night untill she falls asleep then it falls out of her mouth

that's great that your concerned about your kids teeth. there's alot of parents who do take their kid to the doctor and do 'wellness' visits, but forget about their kid's teeth. that's number one.
number two, the white spots are probably hypercalcified areas of enamel. sometimes teeth come in whiter due to fluoride intake from natural ground water. however, your kids teeth developed before he/she was born. i don't remember off hand if the mother's intake of fluoride can affect their unborn child's teeth. there are of course good reason for others things that affect their teeth, like antibiotics.
the 'chips' are probably normal 'mamelons' of teeth. there bumps on the biting edges of teeth that wear out with use and are complete normal.
continue doing what your doing. it seems from the tone of the email and what your doing at home is exactly what your supposed to be doing.
make sure that you doing bottle feed with sugary juices, like apple juice and milk, and esp not before sleeping.
if in mind that the baby teeth fall out and the first baby tooth to fall out is the front teeth at around age 6.
take care.

I am so sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... Hope she will get better. God bless u and your baby.
