Breath Question?!

Question: How do you keep your breath fresh, and how can you avoid morning breath?

Answers: How do you keep your breath fresh, and how can you avoid morning breath?

For the most part, morning breath can't be avoided. But to lessen the stench, try using Crest Pro-Heath Night Rinse after you brush your teeth. It kills germs and keeps them out while your sleeping.

To hold on to that fresh breath you get just after you brush your teeth, start by using a mouthwash. Then pop in a piece of long-lasting mint gum (I swear by Orbit... Bubblemint, Spearmint, Citrusmint, Cinnamint, regular mint... they all have different flavors but still keep your breath fresh.) Chew that as long as you can (for instance, until you eat lunch) then pop in another piece until your next meal.

gum chew lots of gum...it really works

don't eat crap before going to bed, carbs and starcy foods will make your breath icky in the am. Drink lots of water eat apples and carrots

Morning breath is caused by food and gases in your stomach so oddly enough not eating breakfast is the best way to avoid it. As a slightly less extreme option you can chew gum or suck on mints

Brush your and floss after every meal. Brush before bed, but use lots of water to rinse.

I don't think you can avoid morning breath but it definitely helps to brush, floss and use mouthwash before you go to bed.
I chew gum also! All the time! I got to Costco and but the jumbo pack of Trident and have at it!

Bacteria in the mouth is what causes the bad breath.
Brushing your teeth will keep your breath minty fresh for about 7 hours [depends on your toothpaste].
Theres not really a way to avoid morning breath without brushing your teeth.
Keep breath fresh by popping a mint or chewing some gum occasionally, its the only way without looking like an ocd tooth brusher.

aand get aa strongg tooth paste

Brush your teath, tongue, roof of mouth, FLOSS. Flossing gets rid of most the smell. Those little chunks under your teeth that only lie their for a day can REALLY stank your breath.
-Brush teath, tongue, and whole mouth.
-Floss every tooth in your mouth.
-Rinse with mouthwash.
-Drink plenty of water: Sometimes bad breath is due to lack of water and your stomach "smells" rise to you're mouth.
-And avoid coffee and soda.

Take breath fresheners like listerine breath strips or chew gum. To avoid morning breath I suggest u brush.

try mouthwash and brushing ur teeth
