You can use DenTemp, it's sold at pharmacies. It's only a temporary cement, so you'll have to see your dentist to have it permanently cemented.... and don't wait too long.

go to the grocery store and in the tooth area there are little things of tooth glue. they don't last 4 ever but it will do!
Try seeing a dentist. They can permanately put it back on, so when you use the glue at the grocery store you dont have to re glue it every 5 days.

No, seriously, you should go to a dentist to get it properly affixed on to your tooth.
just have your tooth pulled out so you don't have to look for a glue.
