Yea sure if its low on sugar i have braces and i drink soda just make sure to not drink alot of carbonated drinks. It will damage braces and brush or rinse afterwards

your orthodontist will tell you nothing sugary like that, but just make sure you brush really well 2 or 3 times a day and it really doesnt matter.

Yes, you can drink them, but these drinks are horribly unhealthy. For your teeth, stick to having these drinks at mealtime. For your general (and financial) health, don't drink them EVER.
If you develop decay around your brackets, the "white spot lesions" do not ever go away; you have to get fillings to remove them, and the fillings will not be permanent. Any filling eventually needs to be replaced!
