Can i get my braces taken off now?!

Can i get my braces taken off now?

i had braces about 3 years ago but my teeth moved back and basically at the top only one tooth has moved out of line .. after 4 months of having braces that tooth has moved into place so i wondering if i could get it taken off now?? i would always wear my retainer ... thanks :)

I think maybe some people might have been mistaken- i had braces 3 years ago and now i got them again and had them for 4 months :)

Erm.. to answer two people's question.. i did wear my retainer for a year as my ortho directed and he then told me to phase them out but i kept wearing them but they still moved with the retainer.. i was told im just one of those people and my teeth were very crowded to begin with ....
