Some are, some aren't. Check with the individual dentist.

If it is a privately owned, probably not. The ones that are I guess you would call them chains usually are open. They may not be open all day though so call early.

Most offices are not usually open on Saturday. Some offices are open. It really depends where you are. I work in an office that is open 7 days a week, 5 evenings a week. We are open even on holiday weekends, so then we are very busy with emergencies from other offices.
