My teeth are sore from Spacers.?

Ya.... Im getting braces on (again) and the orthrodontist put spacers in my mouth and now my mouth is really sore and i cant even chew soft foods cause it hurts so badley. is there anything i could do?

Ps. im 11 years old

Hi, i'm 12, and I just got my braces on 2 weeks ago. I had to have spacers for a week before I got my braces too. I had lots of trouble with my spacers, I couldn't eat anything either! The only food I could bare to eat was snack packs (pudding). I also took ibuprofen every 4 hours to ease the pain.

PS: The braces don't hurt near as much as the sppacers!
