Could anyone tell me how to prevent bleeding from teeth during brushing teeth in!
Question: Bleeding gums is a sign of periodontal disease or gingivitus. Flossing between meals seems to eleviate and eliminate bleeding and is healthier in the long run between dental visits. Using a toothpase such as sensodyne or any toothpaste that will prevent temperature pain and discomfort is also good. You can gargle with a solution of salt and water to help heal the gums but other than that flossing is your best bet to prevent bleeding gums.

this sounds like a serious periodontal problem. Get an appointment with a dentist and he can check you out, and if need be refer you to a periodontist In the mean time, you can try brushing your teeth with salt rather than toothpaste.
use a soft bristled brush and don't apply a lot of pressure..the more often you brush the less you will bleed
