Will your filling come out chewing alot of gum?!

Question: Yes, it can happen. It actually just did to my friend. She chews a lot of gum and her fillings were getting old and so one of them has come out. She has stopped chewing until she can get it fixed. I'm not sure how often this occurs in people. But I bet if the fillings are getting old and are starting to break down (10 yrs. +) then, sure, it can happen.

If your filling was done badly or is old and weak then yes, it can come out. Fillings last about 5 years usually.

no,if the fillings are made of better quality.

Only if the filling is loose to start with. Go to your dentist and let them check your filling and they can tell you if it's ok for you to chew a lot of gum.
