Does anybody know of any ways the whiten my teeth?

hiya, i want to whiten my teeth, but i cannot afford zoom whitening, and i dont want to use the at home ones becasue they can damage your teeth.

i want a method that will whiten them fast if possible plz:)
and cheap also.

i brush 2-3 times a day, white a whitening toothpaste but this doesnt give the results i want.

ive heard strawberries work?. but how affective are they.
also, bicarbonate of soda?

I just wanted to let you know that whiteners don't damage your teeth. They can, however, cause your teeth to be slightly sensitive. This doesn't mean the bleach has damaged your teeth.
Crest Whitestrips do a great job of whitening as long as your teeth are straight. Because they are just a flimsy strip, they don't contour well if you have crooked teeth.
If your teeth aren't perfectly straight, I would look in the phonebook and start calling around to see if any dentists in your area offer free or discounted whitening to new patients. A lot of times, if you get an initial exam and xrays (which insurance SHOULD pay for) you can get custom bleach trays and professional strength bleach.
This is the fastest way to whiten. The whiteners that dentists use are basically the same thing you can buy at the store, only a higher concentration of peroxide.
