I have had braces for 3 months this is the 3 rd bracket that has came off?!

a number of factors can contribute to the brackets coming off
!. soda pop carbonated drinks will cause cement used to become eroded and unable to hold bracket
2.sucking on arch wire will pull the force forward and pop off cement
3.gum, candy, the acid will erode cement and the chewy ones will pull them off
4.improper brushing/pressure
5. some times the surface of the tooth needs extra prep, primer,or even different cement not everybodys teeth are identical
cement is not suppose to be forever and its meant to be removed
go back to the ortho make sure they remove all prior cement pumice etch prime and cure with light 2xs the normal for ensured setting maybe leaving arch wire off for 24 hrs to ensure complete curing of cement
carrots hard cany ice beef jerky apples are all things that can create pressure against bracket while eating
cut food into tiny peices it should help...
