How to eliminate a Teeth Gap?!

Question: I got a gap in my front teeth. What are the best way to get rid of it? What are the cheaper alternatives? Is it possible to do it myself at home? Any ideas or personal experience references are greatly appreciated! Thank you people

PS This is picture of my teeth :) For the professionals:

Bcoz of alot of problems space will form in between ur front teeth. It may be due to
1.mesiodens (a small tooth in between ur teeth) Sometimes it cant see outside. For that take an x-ray and confirm there is no tooth in between. If so remove that tooth will solve ur problem.
2.frenal Attachment- When u pull ur upper lip u can see a thread like tissue connectg ur gum and lips. In some people it is in lower level. So this tissue prevents ur teeth coming closer. So removal of that tissue will solve ur problem. This is a minor surgery. After this u ve to put braces or a retainer. From ur photo i think this is ur problem. U cant do anything by urself. Only a good Dentist can help u. There is no home remedy.
Other options are 1.fill that gap with a tooth coloured material (composite) 2.Over sized crown.
Without seeing u i can only give u the treatment options.Better visit a dentist.

braces

I think braces or some form of orthodontia is your best option. I had a large space in my front teeth too, and wore braces for 2 years, a retainer for 2 years and a permanet retainer since 1994.

You will need professional attention. Orthodontists may suggest braces and/or a dental plate. I had a gap in my tooth and the orthodontist fixed it right up. I don't think there are any do-it-yourself solutions for this one!
