Hi I have got clip on retainers where there is like a hook on your front tooth and two silver slidey things at the side to pull down to get them out when I push them down half of it comes out and then the other half is still up at top right side of my teeth so I have to give that wire a push down to get out, is there something wrong or is it normal because the braces still fit fine?
