Retainer after brace?!

Retainer after brace?
uhh i had a brace then had em taken off...then a week later got my stupid retainer but by then my teeth had moved a bit :(
i wore my retainer for a while, got bored didnt wear it then my teeth moved loads..
and now im starting to wear it again..yes it fits...how long before i see a diffrence?

Retainers aren't supposed to move your teeth. They're only supposed to make sure they don't move anymore.
If you think your teeth have moved too much, talk to your orthodontist.
Keep on wearing your retainer for as long as you can stand it. I stopped wear mine after about a year or so and I regret it now.
