I have pimples in my mouth and they hurt!?!
Question: well i forgot to brush my teeth one night and the next morning the area under my bottom front teeth hurt really bad and I can feel with my tongue...there's like pimples there and they hrut and make it difficult to brush my teeth. Should i rinse my mouth with saltwater or what/? What do i do??

I really think you're referring to an ulcer. Ulcers can be caused by stress or from eating foods with too much acid (sauce, orange juice, ..) Just gargle with peroxide or salt water. Otherwise, see your doctor if they persist.. you may have low iron or vitamin B12 levels. These "pimples" didn't just appear from forgetting to brush your teeth one night.
Risnsing with saltwater would be a good start...if the problem persists, see your family dentist
It's called a cold sore or a fever blister they sell medicine at the store for it its perfectly normal eww i remeber when i had one i kept playing with it and it fell off i know its annoying but yea just treat it to medicine
