Are there any contraindications to getting a dental cleaning when you have a staph infection?
Answers:
You most likely are on an antibiotic for it right??? Wait a day or two to let that work. Having a dental cleaning puts pathogens into the blood stream. I would feel better if basically you were premedicated with antibiotics during the procedure.....just in case.
