How do you use a floss threader?!

How do you use a floss threader?
I do not even understand why you need one cant you just put the floss behind the wire I am just really confused on this my Orthdontist did not help me with it.And do you use that little brush he gave you when you are like out of hoem or do you use it after regular brushing.

They are more trouble than they're worth. Just get a long piece of floss, wind the ends around your fingers, and try to keep your fingers as day as possible so it won't slip. Flossing is well worth the trouble, and you'll get better at it in no time.
That little brush is good for the places you can't reach with your floss.
