I had one white dot on my throat and...?

it came out and there is a hole? once i swallowed it and blehkkk it smelt so bad!

Well if it was in your tonsil then it probably came unstuck finally and smells bad b/c it has been stuck there so long. Tonsills have pits in them naturally you probably just didn't notice them before.OR You may have gotten a canker sore back there. Anyways, if you notice more whtie areas, very painful sore throat, fever, etc. Go to doctor then.
