I just want to knoe more about braces from people and teens mii age or people that had them before

what would you like to know?? i had them for 4 years, so i'm sure i can answer any question you have.
the basics, though::
-take ibuprofin before going to get them tightened
-light green, yellow, or white elastics make you look like you have gunk on your teeth
-brush in circular motions around each bracket to ensure cleanlieness (or else you might have spots on your teeth when you get them off)
-follow their instructions! you will have them on longer if you don't because your teeth won't move the way they want them to
