Does Mouthwash Discolor Your Teeth?
My mum told me that mouthwash discolors your teeth, but she didn't tell me why. She also said that it's better to floss up and down rather than side to side, which i find impossible to do. Is this all true?

The flossing advice is absolutely true.
The mouthwash advice depends on the mouthwash. The only one I know of that discolors teeth is called either Peridex or chlorhexidine.
