Question: because i just accidently bit the tip of my toungue area and theres no scars or marks or blood but will i lose my tastebuds?

tastebuds are actually specialised form of epithelial tissue.
they can be injured and die. but new ones are also forming and replacing them.
sometimes if a person took hot food, it can cause it to die too.
but since you say you do not have any cuts or bleeding after the trauma, i think there is no damage to the tissues on your tongue afterall. no worries. :D

Well, my suggestion is that you make up posters and place them around town. Someone is SURE to find them and that way, you can get them back.
