Question: Are there any programs that provide low cost/free assistance wit dental? my son needs a badly infected tooth pulled and we dont have dental insurance. its urgent! can someone help?!

There's a bunch of different companies online that are NOT insurance. They ARE discount cards once you become a member. For ex. ameriplan, signature dental plan, but actually there's a website w/a listing of it looks like 30 different companies. They all average abt the same price like 10-15 bucks a month and can use almost immediately. they charge that amount on your cc. they have individual and family plans and u can cancel anytime too.
I have one too, but different than the names I mentioned above.
I have saved a LOT of money coz have no dental ins. obviously and found a great dentist right down the street who takes/accepts the plan at his business.

I'm in Australia and we have a scheme where people with health care card's/ Pension Cards get their child's dental treatment free but that is no help to you but if it is infected has a pimple like bump on th side of his gum cheek side you need to go and see a doctor so he can give him a script for antibiotics. This will take the infection away so that the dentist is able to extract the tooth without the infection gone the dentist is unable to get proper anaesthesia. But you must take him back after he has finished his antibiotics other wise it will happen all over again and it's not good for his to have all those bugs in his system. I'm not sure about the cost but if it needs to come out then it should hope this helps
