I just got braces and bite turbos and I'm in alot of pain. PLEASE HELP!!!?

well today I got bite turbos and braces and they hurt so much I can't stand it plus I can't chew with the bite turbos

When my sister got braces she never stopped screaming "IT HURTZ!!!"
i would go but go-gert! cuz u dont have to swallo it.. and i would also tell ur parentz about it.. Maybe they have some stuff or something! xDD
