I know this is a stupid question but i have horrible teeth and my family has had horrible teeth in the past so yeah!!! HELP!!

No - the teeth are already formed for a vitamin or pill to have had any effect you would have had to take it before the teeth had erupted. However, having said that visit your dentist and talk to them about your concerns - it is remarkable what can be done to improve the appearance of your teeth. The old saying that "you only have one chance to make a good first impression" is very true and your smile is part of that first impression.
