Brush w/ whitening tooth paste and you can use a press on bleach product too .... just follow the directions on the box. They will work for a few shades lighter.
Don't be embarrassed about having stained teeth at the dentist! They see all sorts of gross things, stained teeth is NOTHING to them!
you can ask them for something to whiten your teeth that will work better than the stuff you can get over the counter!
