I've a very bad mouth odour, it disturbs me when I speak to somebody. they always complained of the odour?

You need to go to the dentist. It sounds like you have a gum disease that is the symptoms of gum disease. You will have to be referred to a periodontal and it can get taken care of with treatment. You really need to get that checked out because gum disease will cause heart problems.
