i just had my back tooth removed because of abscecse. ive had gauze in my mouth for a few hours now it already looks like its healing ok. but my teeth have been getting real bloody so ive stated to rinse it out a few time and its like a huge wall of gooey sticky blood where my tooth was. ive been ready on here and it says that could cause dry socket so i stoped rinsing and jsut kept guaz packed in there and left it alone. am i gonna get Dry Socket??. when will i know. iver herd pain is bad. will i get it?

You shouldn't rinse for 24 hrs after the removal. Your oral surgeon should have given you post-op instructions, oral and written.

Generally, if you have dry socket, the symptoms appear 2 to 3 days after the teeth were pulled. You's have a dull, throbbing pain. The medication used to treat it smells bad, tastes bad. But review the paperwork your dentist gave you. I'm sure you'll be fine.
Don't smoke, don't drink carbonated beverages (beer or Cokes), and don't use straws. Don't forcefully spit out the watre when you brush your teeth: lean over the sink and let the water/spit flow out of your mouth.
