How often should I replace my Crest Spinbrush brush head?

Every 3 months is best b/c bacteria can buildup in the toothbrush bristles, they become worn. Anytime the bristles begin to spike out it is time. If u find yourself replacing a lot that means you are pressing too hard when you brush. OR anytime after you are sick. Some of the toothbrush heads will say you can go 6 months, but unless you run it through the dishwasher or something it will buildup bacteria. Better just to change every 3 months.
