okay so i got my braces today and i also got somethin for my bite. i forgot wat it called does anyone no wat it called and how to put it bak in. my orthdontist told me but i didnt get it...does anyone no a site that tells how

its called a bite plate. and you just kind of push it up onto the roof of your mouth. its should go in between the teeth or something. if they took molds then it should be very natural how it fits. good luck with it. those things are always difficult to figure out at first. it'll become second nature in no time.
