Any home cures for "dry sockets" after you have wisdom teeth out?!
Question: NOOOOO!!!!! I had this and I feel your pain. You need to go see your orthodontic surgeon in the morning. He or she will pack the wound and start getting it healed. I don't think that there's anything that you can do until you see your doctor except take some pain meds.

no. dry sockets are a very painful, risky side effect of having your teeth pulled. you need to go to your dentist.
i just got mine pulled out 6 days ago and eveythings all good....just to drink from a straw and eat well....take alot of tylonal 3 with condeine haha j/p
keep them clean rinse your mouth 20 times a day if that's how many times you feel like you need it
it's gross but if something gets stuck kinda chew a peice of gum and use it as a sticky picker upper infront of a mirror is the best.
One teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in quart of warm water, rinse as often as needed. Don't smoke or use straws, the sucking can cause bleeding and pain. Use a small pad of sterile gauze to cover the socket where your tooth was and compress it between your teeth. Tylenol 3 for pain, Tylenol extra strength if your don't have the Tylenol 3. Call the doc tomorrow and ask for a antibiotic such as penicillin or tetracycline, schedule a visit to have the doctor check it out, the may need to clean and stitch it shut to help it heal. Important thing is not to delay your actions complications can occur and the mouth is not the healthiest of environments for healing.
