Cankersore?!
Question: I've had a cankersore for about 2-3 days now and it's on the inside side of my mouth so it hurts when I talk, etc. I tried the warm water with salt, orasal equate jel and neither work. All the orasel does is numb it for awhile then it does nothing more, same with the water. Any help?

I guess I'm not sure what you're looking for... If you want an 'instant cure', well, sorry but you're out of luck. Orajel, Orobase, and the like are about the best you can do. Apply then before you eat or if you know you're going to need to talk for a long time. Try not to irritate it - ie: chew with the opposite side of your mouth for optimum healing.

ok i just got rid of mine today by doing this get hydogen peroxyde and put it in a q-tip and swab a little on it and it will bubble and burn and sting dont touch it it will hurt for a while butit is killing bacteria so just do that when it stops hurting then wash your moth with water dont swalloe that stuff thoug it wouldent be good but it is safe to put on a cankersore the doctor told me to do this it will be gone in hours
