well ive only been using the baking soda trick for about 4 days
but i have braces so im not sure how affective it is? but i do nnotice them getting a lil white however, it tase like shyt when you do it.
so make sure to brush after or use mouthwash to get that gross taste out of there!

you cant...you might be able to make them a lil better...but nothing drastic..probably baking soda....or baking soda mixed with peroxide...

K well it Taste DISGUSTING!!!, but , you can use Baking soda and it should do the same thing as what Expensive teeth whitening does!
