I say it on the side of trident gum. they say that it is all natral. Wat the hell is this stuff. Thanks for aney thing one thing.

it's a natural sweetener that comes from a plant.
trident advertises that they use this natural sweetener, but check your label. they use aspartame and acesulfame-k as well. just google aspartame and see what comes up. you'll never touch a diet drink or "sugar-free" anything ever again. Also, google sucralose (aka splenda).
xylitol and stevia are good natural sweeteners as well as good ol' fashioned honey.
One thing to be aware of, Xylitol IS known to be toxic to dogs although it's harmless in humans. (Think about chocolate and dogs) See the last link I gave you...
