If your teeth moved slightly after the braces were off...?
... can they be moved back by wearing the retainer? I think my two front ones moved slightly last night, and I was wondering if this was really serious? I'm going to the orthadontist today, should I ask them what to do, or just wait for a little while and see if the retainer does anything? I am so worried, please help if you can!

Thanks so much for your answers! I went in today, and everything is fine, he made me a new retainer, and its going to go back to the way it was, but I was so worried. I'm going to wear them every minute from now on.

If your retainer fits correctly, then they didn't move very much. If you're worried ask about it, but the retainer should fix it.
