Question: What is the best way to whiten my teeth with out spending alot of money?
My teeth are pretty white as it is, just could be a little brighter.
Plus I smoke which doesnt help I know.

My dentist had my take baking soda, put it on a tooth brush and brush with just that and warm water. Then when your done rinse, and brush with tooth paste. I've been doing that 2 times a week for about 3 months now, and it has helped alot!
