Is it ok to chew gum with braces?
It really helps to clean my teeth but I'm not so sure its a good thing. Also if its ok to chew it, what would be a good one to chew?

YES it is perfectly fine! trust me i had them for 3 years and nothing happened! it isnt bad at all and if it ever does get stuck it isnt hard to get out and it is soft so if wont break anything. just PLEASE stay away from hard candy and things like that. i chewed gum all the time. plus it keeps your breath fresh during the day which is a plus when you have braces,
