Well, you usualy need to be 13 to use these product. But in all honestly, i beileve that companys just say this to cover their butts when some 5 year old swollows a crest white strip. Just ask your parents. They know best. But i used crest white strips when i was 11 aswell so just ask your parents about the whitening or even just see a dentist and get them to recomend somthing.

PS: Try using Crest Vivid Night Bright toothpaste, works better than white strips and stuff. I've been using it for like 5 days now and my teeth are so much whiter.
Any whitening system can make adult teeth very sensitive, so this would probably be an even bigger problem for kids.
Have you tried whitening toothpastes or mouthwashes?
Also, if you are having problem with stains, you need to figure out what is causing them. Unfortunately, it is usually tea, colas or candy (all the good stuff). Try rinsing your mouth with water after you have any of these.
