Could the trauma be my wisdome teeth coming out and tearing my gums?
when i look inside my mouth where most of the chubby skin is contacted with my teeth i try to pull it away and i see some of the gums being torn out because my wisdom teeth is creeping up.

your gum is swollen...the tooth is protruding through your gum, similar experience. what you need to do is go to the dentist, if you are not planning on pulling them out at the moment, the dentist will cut/trim part of the swollen gum and expose more of the tooth so it doesnt continue irritating your gum. Also, they may drain your swollen gum depending on the severity of the infection. dont wait to long.
