how can a infected tooth keep me from biting down on my cheeck? i wish you could reply to answers, this board thing is a bit weird.

When you say infected tooth, are you referring to an abscessed tooth ?
If so it is imperative that you get the problem taken care of a.s.a.p abscessed teeth or a gum infection causes the infection to get into your blood stream which in turn can cause an abscess in your brain, heart which is known as endocarditis, or other organs in your body.
I was very naive about tooth and gum problems till i did a little computer research about oral infections which can cause cellulitis, to endocarditis, an infection of the heart tissue in the chambers of the heart and can cause valve damage also.
Like I said get that problem taken care of, some antibiotics and dental work will fix your problem.
