How do you feel when you have been totally knocked out for a wisdom tooth extrac!

Question: And would they stop the procedure if your blood pressure was too high?

Answers: And would they stop the procedure if your blood pressure was too high?

While you are having the procedure your vital signs are all monitored. If your blood pressure is too thigh, the doctor will stop the procedure. If there are indications whatsoever that your vital signs are not stable the doctor will stop the procedure.

Each patient is different when them come out of anesthesia. Some patients cry, others are quite awake. You will feel tired and fuzzy. But you'll sleep it off. Don't worry.

If you have any questions, please contact your doctor.

if you mean completely unconcious, quite dazed, like semi concious I guess

i was awake for mine. it was vile. they will take good care of you medically i'm sure, youll feel a bit woozy for a while but its fine.

You don't feel anything, you're asleep. It's a relatively short anaesthetic so blood pressure shouldn't be an issue but then it depends on how high it is. I had a wisdom tooth out under mild sedation and I hardly felt a thing. The socket was slightly sore for a day or so but after that it was fine.

numb and you cant feel a thing
when you wake up you'l feel strange that wears off in a few hours

totally knocked out

Unconscious.

I was given nitrous along with intravenous anesthetic.
Every once in awhile I gained consciouness and saw what was going on, but for the most part I was completely out of it. (And when I did notice anything, I felt no pain whatsoever.)
Wisdom tooth extraction is an easy thing to go through.
If you're being put to sleep instead of going under a deep sedation, then you won't notice a thing.
It doesn't take very long either. I had all 4 out in one day and it only took about 40mins. :)
And I'd imagine that they'd have to stop or do something if your blood pressure went too high..because that's not safe.
