Question: the dentist said my teeth were fine. but i can see a little black spot near my back tooth. are my teeth ok?

Don't worry about a little black spot, it is a stain. Most cavities start with an extra white area called decalcification. Some small imperfections can be "watched" they don't always progress into a full blown cavity.
Jeeze if the dentist said o.k. then believe him.
I never met a dentist yet that did not want to make money
its probably just a stain...so calm down....ur lucky u dont have a CAVITY!!!
