Wait until they arent sore anymore. Try to rinse your mouth out though so bacteria dosent get trapped in your gums. You should do it though as soon as possible, at least the front teeth.

you can brush your front teeth the next day and brush part of the back,

about 24 hours or when u are not sore anymore. whichever comes first. i was sore for a week! I had stitches though
