I NEED HELP WITH Gums!!!!!!?!
Question: I have braces and very puffy gums. I brush twice a day and floss and rinse with mouthwash and massage my gums. I do everything I can. My orthodonist says its because i am a mouth breather. I have to get my gums cut after i get my braces off. In the mean time is there something i could do ?

You can rinse your mouth out with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution. It will even help keep your teeth whiter. A lot of people don't know all the things you can use hydrogen peroxide for and it's cheap. It disinfects, brightens clothes, and more.

ouch,are you not doing too much,my son has braces and he just brushes his teeth twice a day and he has no probs.
