I just got my first tooth pulled 4 days ago, and my nouth is still hurting?
The dentist said he had to saw away some of the bone to get the tooth out, I din't recieve stitches but my mouth is still hurting me when is this thing going to heal?

Takes about a week or two. Just don't open mouth too wide or eat harder foods (I screwed up and had a cheesesteak after one week). Think of how long it takes a cut or bruise to heal. 7-14 days. If you notice excessive pain, swelling, foul taste call your dentist to make sure it's not infected. Good Luck.
