i bought some and lost the instructions help!! i cant remember if you brush after or how long to leave them on!!
Answers:
The box says not to brush before use. Leave it on for 30 mins, do it twice a day. I wipe my teeth w/a tissue but you don't really need to do that. Then place the correct ones on the upper and lower. When I have them on, I like to use my finger to press gently at where each tooth meets. That way, I know it's getting everywhere.
