I was told to ware my retainers 24/7. I was wondering if I could ware them only in the night.?
I want to ware them only in the night for only the first 7 weeks b/c im going on for vacation. But after that im planning to ware it 24/7. Would that be too late?

It is fine if you only wear them at night. Just make sure to wear them every night. If they feel sore in the morning when you take them out that means that you had a slight amount of shifting, then I would try to wear them a little longer. You could also put them in after you have had dinner to get a little more wear in. A lot of the problem with wearing them 24/7 is that when you take them out to eat and drink they are more likely to get thrown out. If that happens you will need to get new ones made.
