just bite really hardd. if they break apart, then its easier than the doctor ripping them out for you. and its really easy to get free insurance if they fall out before you see the doctor

If your teeth ache all the time, you may need extractions or root canals and crowns.
If your teeth are alive, they're sensitive to cold and NOT sensitive to hot or pressure. They may need fillings or crowns to preserve the tooth structure.
If your teeth are sensitive to cold AND hot AND pressure, your teeth are dying and will either need to be pulled or have root canals and crowns to save them.

Either way, you need to see a dentist for at least an exam. If you do not have insurance or cannot afford to pay out of pocket, there are clinics that are able to work you in. It just takes a little research.
