im going to the dentist tommorow and ive had alot of filings before...i dont really brush as much as i should, but when i look in the mirror...i see tiny black dots on tmy back teeth....they dont hurt or arent sensitive..
please dont tell me there cavaties!

A lot of times you could have deep pits or grooves in your teeth and they get stained from the food you eat . They can show up as "tiny black dots". They are not necessarily cavities. A good dentist will be able to tell if they are decayed or not. If the lesions are soft and sticking, most likely it is decay. Otherwise if they are hard and not sticking , they are usually not.
