sometimes i feel so lazy to brush my teeth but i have to do it coz at night time (especially when we sleep) saliva production in our mouth is decreasing, saliva is very important to neutralize acid in our mouth (to prevent caries/cavity). soo... if i dont brush my teeth at night, there's 80% probability of having caries/cavity in my teeth
